Why can’t I use my discount code on a subscription?
Every product in your subscription comes with a 30% discount. Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes.
Can I subscribe to multiple products within the same order?
Of course! There is no limit to how many items you can subscribe to within the same order.
Can I buy a subscription and make a one-time purchase within the same order?
You definitely can! Simply add the subscription to your cart together with your one-time purchase.
How do I subscribe to a product?
Simply click on the product you wish to subscribe to and hit the ‘Subscribe and Save 30%’ button. You will be redirected to the product's page to select the delivery frequency of your choice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. There are no strings attached! No extra fee is required.
You can cancel your subscription by submitting a Contact Form or by sending us an email to ask@allies.shop — we are happy to help.
Please be aware that there will be a 3-month waiting period before you can resubscribe to any of our products.
How can I amend my subscription?
Once you've subscribed, you can still amend your subscriptions. Kindly send us an email to ask@allies.shop and we will be happy to assist you with:
-Amend your subscription's frequency
-Pause/resume your subscription
-Add product(s) from your subscription
-Remove product(s) from your subscription
Please note, all changes to your subscriptions must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the next shipment in order to process on time.
How often can I change the frequency of my subscription?
You can change the frequency anytime you wish and as often as you want to. There are no restrictions. You are the only one who knows best how often your skin needs new supplies.

How can I see the details of my subscription?
Make sure you create an account on our website and that you are logged in.
You can find all the information related to your subscription by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner and selecting "Subscriptions".
You can make any changes you wish to your subscription by selecting "Manage Subscription" on your subscribed product.
How can I set the frequency for my subscription?
You get to decide how often you would like us to ship your subscription.
Whether it’s 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months, just choose the option that suits you best by setting the frequency when adding the subscription to your cart.
